The following are pictures of the Rockville Hydro Project - "Getting it done the hard way." To my knowledge, the project was never completed and didn't get past the earthworks stage. I don't see how it could have ever been completed with picks and shovels - horses and wagons.  I was hunting years ago above the river with Red Miller who told me the old earthwork we saw (trench running toward the river) was the start of a hydro project - I'm not sure if it was one in the same.
